Flights throughout the USA have been affected by a technical glitch with a pc system in an unprecedented disruption, information stories stated on Wednesday.
All flights within the US had been grounded following the incident, NBC Information reported, quoting a supply. Flight monitoring web site FlightAware reported about 760 flights inside, into or out of the USA had been delayed as of 6:30 am US Japanese Time. A further 91 flights had been additionally cancelled.
The US Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) stated it has requested airways to pause all home departures till 9 am US Japanese Time and is working to revive a system that alerts pilots to hazards and modifications to airport amenities and procedures that had stopped processing up to date data.
