Western Tanks Will “Burn Like All The Relaxation” In Ukraine, Says Russia

The Kremlin mentioned Wednesday that if Western international locations provide Ukraine with heavy tanks they are going to be destroyed on the battlefield, as Kyiv awaits a choice from Berlin on deliveries of Leopard 2 tanks.

“Technologically, this can be a failed plan. That is an overestimation of the potential that this can add to the Ukrainian military,” Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov advised reporters.

“These tanks burn like all the remainder. They’re simply very costly.”

The Kremlin has supplied a wide range of responses to plans from Kyiv’s allies to assist Ukrainian troops with the Leopard mannequin of tanks.

Peskov mentioned earlier this week that any German provides of tanks to Ukraine would depart a “lasting mark” on bilateral ties between Moscow and Berlin.
