Kyiv on Tuesday accused President Vladimir Putin of visiting the scenes of Russian “crimes” after the Kremlin mentioned the Russian chief had travelled to the areas of Kherson and Lugansk.
“Putin’s degradation is spectacular,” tweeted Mykhailo Podolyak, an advisor to President Volodymyr Zelensky. He mentioned Putin was touring Ukraine’s occupied territories “to benefit from the crimes of his minions for the final time.”
