Stephen Charles Kerr, a member of the Scottish Parliament, has apologised for making an announcement during which he implied there was a hyperlink between transgender individuals and people who had studying difficulties.
On April 14, the Scottish Conservative MP criticised the federal government’s gender recognition reform invoice in a tweet.
Within the now-deleted tweet, Mr Kerr wrote, “The approaching of a brand new First Minister introduced the prospect to assessment the Gender Reform Invoice, and ask questions Sturgeon did not hassle with. Why are extra younger individuals wanting to vary their gender? Is there a hyperlink between having studying/growth disabilities? However they do not care.”
The Metro reported that the tweet drew a number of essential reactions from many individuals, politicians and strange individuals alike criticised Kerr, with some declaring that Kerr offered no proof in any respect for his declare.

Dundee native Rhonda Miller added: “Anyone considering the @ScotTories will cope with Stephen Kerr over his appalling tweet is mixing them up with a celebration that has integrity and decency at its core.”
