There have been greater than 2,000 incidents of individuals reporting points with Outlook late Tuesday at about 23:10 ET, in line with Downdetector.com, which tracks outages by collating standing stories from sources, together with user-submitted errors on its platform.
The online monitoring agency confirmed that stories dropped to 351 incidents of individuals elevating complaints as of two:10 ET.
