Pakistan International Airlines’ (PIA) Boeing 777 on standby for Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif‘s visit to Saudi Arabia is real.
Earlier, Information Minister Marriyum Aurangzeb denied, calling it “fake.” However, a copy of the letter appeared, in which Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif asked the national airline to secure a Boeing 777 for his visit to Saudi Arabia.
In its letter, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs asked the PIA management to put the Boeing 777 on standby for the upcoming VVIP visit to Saudi Arabia.
According to the letter, the special plane will leave Medina from Islamabad on April 28 at Thursday at 2 p.m. On Friday, the plane departs from Jeddah from Medina on April 29 at 1:30 p.m.

The plane will fly from Jeddah to Islamabad on April 30 at 5 p.m.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs also demanded a response from the national airline to the availability of the charter aircraft.
Earlier, announced that the Boeing 777 had been requested from Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) for Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif’s upcoming visit to Saudi Arabia.
’80 seats reserved ‘
After the report was sent out, PM House staff contacted PIA officials. Afbulletin News sources said that 80 seats are reserved for the prime minister’s visit instead of the entire plane, while the Ministry of Foreign Affairs will pay for the tickets.
Prime Minister Sharif’s delegation on foreign visits
It is also reported that Prime Minister Sharif will land in Saudi Arabia to perform an umrah with 16 members of the Sharif family, reported on Monday, citing sources.
According to sources, the prime minister’s visit to Saudi Arabia was accompanied by 16 members of the Sharif family. In this regard, the Foreign Ministry has ordered the Pakistani Embassy in Saudi Arabia to make preparations.
The FO sent a list of members of Sharif’s family to the embassy. Hamza Shahbaz’s wife, son and assistant will also travel to Saudi Arabia from Islamabad, while Maryam Nawaz, retired Captain Safdar, Sabiha Abbas, wife and son of Yusuf Abbas will also visit the KSA.
According to sources, Shehbaz Sharif’s son Suleiman Shahbaz, wife, son and daughter will arrive in Doha from Doha. Nawaz’s son Sharif Hussain Nawaz and his wife arrive in Jeddah from London.
Deputy Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif had 16 members of the coalition, including party leaders. Fazlur Rehman, Asad Mahmood, Bilawal Bhutto, Shagufta Jamani, Akhtar Mengal, Khalid Magsi, Khalid Maqbool, Ameer Haider Hoti, Shahzain Bugti, Aslam Bhootani, Ali Nawaz Shah, Mohsin Dawar, Mahmood Khan Achakzah Sharz Sharzw Bala Former Special Assistant Imran Khan Tahir Ashrafi will also be accompanied by Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif. The Prime Minister’s 15 employees will also accompany Saudi Arabia, and will be accompanied by former LDA CEO Ahad Cheema and his wife.
